So I’m going to give you a top-five and I’m going to give you a few honorable mentions about the trustworthy Neopixel Lightsaber companies that will provide you with the best Neopixel Lightsaber. These are all my opinions after doing months of research and talking to customers and talking to separate companies and all that kinds of stuff. I’m not sponsored by anyone. This is just a guide who got a Lightsaber because I was really interested in Lightsabers when I was a kid and I love the Star Wars movies.

So I choose the three factors when buying anything but especially when buying a Lightsabers-- Price
- Quality and
- Customer service.
Now everyone knows price, quality, and customer service. Those are pretty, that's a given thing when you're buying anything. But when Neopixel Lightsaber companies come into play and when you start researching, then those become really big factors.
For Example: If you're at a car dealership and you want to buy a car. If the price isn't what you want it to be and isn't in your budget you're probably not going to buy it.
That’s how it goes for quality, if there's a car at a car dealership and it's not very good quality you're probably not going to buy it.
As for customer service, if the employees are treating you like trash, if the car dealer or the salesman is treating you like trash and making you feel unwelcome you're probably not going to give them your business right. I am discussing these types of companies that you should not buy from them.
So same goes for Lightsabers and for everything else in general but those three factors are really big factors in this article and when talking about Neopixel Lightsaber companies as these factors have been issues. But you have to avoid 5 things when buying a Neopixel Lightsaber.
So positively, let's compare a few Neopixel Lightsaber companies that I trust and that you should trust and many people have trusted and they have been very happy with their purchases. So starting at number five down to one -
Now this list will comprise mainly of companies that offer Neopixel Lightsabers. Some companies that offer Neopixel Lightsaber especially consider the functionality of the sabers and the value. When it comes to pricing compared to certain companies, how can you find a Neopixel Lightsaber for a good price? This store ‘The Pach Store’ offers the cheapest but best Neopixel Lightsaber for the price.
Now when it comes to talking about stuff like computers you really want to talk about stuff that's a price to performance ratio. If something's eight hundred dollars but it performs like something that's four hundred dollars and they have a product that's four hundred dollars and performs the same way, then why not save half that money and buy that instead of the same thing.

Here ‘The Pach Store’ offers a Lightsaber called the bores the dragon slayer which is starting at 289 Dollars and it's a Neopixel Lightsaber. They are offering at 289 dollars the asteria 2.5 soundboard which is a great beginner soundboard.
For 330 dollars you can get a bors the dragon slayer Neopixel with a Proffie soundboard which is the pinnacle of Lightsaber soundboards.
Besides crystal focus 10 which is cfx ‘The Pach Store’ also offers many stunt sabers and beginner sabers. Those start at 69 dollars which is very affordable and they also offer Replica hilts with asteria 2.5 crystal focus 10 or Proffie soundboards and those start at 349 dollars.
So in terms of price to performance, you're really getting very good value from ‘The Pach Store’.
Most of the customers that I’ve talked to and those in the saber community that knows about ‘The Pach Store’, they really tend to like them and I feel like they don't get the recognition they really deserve. Because you say ‘The Pach Store’ and people like ‘The Pach Store’ like what is that but I’m here to tell you ‘The Pach Store’ is a very good option if you're looking to buy a Lightsaber.
Whether it be a stunt saber, whether it be a basic effects Lightsaber, or whether it be a high-end Neopixel Lightsaber ‘The Pach Store Store’ is an excellent option.
Genesis custom sabers are based in Canada. I believe the owner is Rob Petkou. I’ve mentioned Rob Petkou on this site before. He's an excellent guy and has been in the saber community for a very long time. He’s one of the hogs and he offers his custom sabers through a store called genesis custom sabers.
They offer Neopixel Lightsabers using crystal focus 10 sound boards and they use multiple sound fonts from Rob himself. He's been called Madcow with genesis custom sabers and Rob Petkou and all these different aliases. But his sabers are great, I believe six sound fonts from himself pre-installed and I’ve shown sound fonts from Rob Rob Petkou before in my post and they're excellent sound fonts.

Rob does a great job, they're extremely good quality hilt designs, they're very easy to use, and they offer multiple weathering and customization, and different finishes for the hilts themselves. Very good quality hilts and the pricing starts at 468 dollars without a blade and 493 dollars with the blade now. I know what you're thinking “whoa that's a big jump that’s pretty expensive compared to ‘The Pach Store’” but these are a little bit more advanced than what ‘The Pach Store’ offers. Excellent sound fonts installed with the crystal focus 10 are probably the reason for the price.
I’d say honestly the best sound board for beginner Proffie takes a little bit more of a little bit more knowledge and a little bit more, wherewithal to understand and to operate. But cfx is probably the ultimate consumer soundboard and genesis custom sabers offer it in their sabers. So with that, I’m putting genesis custom sabers at number four. On my list number three and this is where there'll probably be a little bit of controversy and people arguing in the comments.
I’m going to go with Korbanth, now here come the fans of the Korbanth saying “dude they are number one”. I know Korbanth is an excellent company with excellent Lightsabers, but let me tell you why I’m putting them at number three. Remember the three big factors that I was talking about: customer service, price, and quality.Price = High

Korbanth quality is second to none. There is no denying that Korbanth quality is amazing. However, they are a bit on the pricier side which I can understand because of how well made these Lightsabers are and they are very accurate. I would say if you're looking for a canon hilt an extremely screen-accurate replica hilt either like an installed hilt or an empty hilt Korbanth.
They are your choice unless you're trying to save some coins, you can go to ‘The Pach Store’ and you can save quite a bit of coin if you're looking for a replica. But they offer empty hilts, they offer costumes, they offer saber parts and they have custom builds also. Sometimes they do collaborations with other companies.
They’re offered with either crystal focus 10 or Proffie sound boards which are the pinnacle that's the top of the top. They're amazing. They are some of the more expensive hilts on the market like I said. But they are definitely some of the best quality and they're very screen accurate as well.
So the pricing starts at 625 dollars and they range to over 1200 dollars. Now I know what you're thinking “oh my God that's why he put them at number three and not number one”. That's a major factor: quarterbacks do sell some amazing sabers but they are on the pricier side.
If you're a customer and you're new to this hobby so with that aside I got to say Korbanth is a great company and they sell some amazing sabers if you are interested in canon hilts and screen accurate hilts. Korbanth, and Pach stores are pretty much the only two options that I recommend for very screen-accurate hilts.
Vader’s vault everyone who has been in the Lightsaber community for a while and has Lightsabers of their own knows who Vader’s vault is? In 2017 they were the first to introduce Neopixel technology and compared to the standard and regular in hilt RGB Lightsabers. They have the LEDs in the hilt that shines up through the blade, comparing that to the Neopixel with the hundreds of ultra-bright LEDs inside the blade that was like a Neopixel Lightsaber.

I’m still blown away by how amazing the pixel is, it’s unreal. So Vader’s vault was the first to introduce the Neopixel Lightsaber back in 2017. They have a wide selection of gorgeous hilts and accessories and they have canon-inspired and non-canon original designs. I wouldn't go to them if you're looking for replicas because that's not really their thing. They have more original designs than replicas in terms of pricing.
Vader’s vault is on par with number one in the list and a little bit more expensive than number one on the list. But they're very competitive with that pricing and quality. Really justifies it to everyone that I’ve talked to that owns Vader’s Vault sabers and has dealt with Vader’s vault. They very much like their Neopixel Lightsabers and most of them have had very positive experiences with Vader’s vault.
So they start at 350 dollars and that's for a Lightsaber installed with a crystal focus 10 sound board with an in-hilt RGB LED. Starting at 450 for a Neopixel Lightsaber installed with crystal -focus-10 without a blade and starting at 515 dollars for a Neopixel Lightsaber installed with crystal focus 10 with the blade. Now if you don’t have or you've never owned a saber before and you kind of want the blade from Vader's Vault and you're saying I want a Neopixel Lightsaber and you don't have a blade then you're going to go for the offering starting at 515 dollars.
Now before I get to number one on this list I’m going to go through a few honorable mentions, because I’m sure there are a few companies that you like and you are thinking “dude I can't believe you, you didn’t mention all these companies that you have in mind”. I know there are a lot of Lightsaber companies out there and I’m limiting this to the best that I have researched, the best that I have dealt with, the best that other customers have dealt with, and namely Neopixel sabers. because the saber companies on this list offer the Neopixel sabers at such a great price compared to the company that shall not be named in my previous article and other companies that sell hilt LED sabers.
You can find Neopixel Lightsabers with crystal focus 10 with profile with stereo 2.5. You can find those sabers for at or under those prices than compared to an RGB saber and there's a big difference as I’ve mentioned before. So that’s why I’m limiting this list to Neopixel Lightsabers and companies that offer Neopixel Lightsabers.
So honorable mentions before I get to number one Electrum Sabercrafts if you're on the reddit subreddit for Lightsabers with the 60000 members then you probably know who electrum saber craft is? They have employees that actually moderate the subreddit and they're a great company and it's sad that I had the lead to leave them out of my top five because I really do like the electrum saber crafts they offer.What they call smart sabers are their take on the Neopixel technology stuff but not every single one of their sabers is Neopixel Lightsaber. They currently have nine hilt designs and they have a good amount of customization available on the hilt itself, like you can change the switch and you can change colors and all that kind of stuff and it's pretty cool.

So their Neopixel blades are a bit more expensive than the other companies, like if you just wanted the blade it would be 125 to 135 dollars, which is 25 to 35 dollars more expensive than some of the other companies on this list. They currently only offer their Neopixel Lightsabers with the Dyatum 3. I don't know how to say that soundboard it's not a Cfx it's not a Proffie it's not asteria 2.5.
So if you're looking for a saber and if you're another big sticking point with why I didn't put them number five on the list or higher in the list is I’m very attracted to very good sound fonts and namely Kyber phonic, Kasith, genesis custom sabers, Rob Petkou sound fonts, four's effects sound fonts like all these amazing sound fonts. All those demos, none of them are available through the Dyatum 3 soundboard.Most of those font makers only make sound fonts for crystal focus 10 Proffie, maybe verso, maybe asteria. It’s that’s why I tend to stick to crystal focus 10 Proffie or maybe asteria version soundboards. Because they're more encompassing in terms of being able to download sound fonts and customize the sound fonts. Not to say that the diatum3 soundboard is bad, it's not, it’s a good soundboard but it’s not to the exact level as a cfx or Proffie in terms of the customization and what you're able to do with it.
Now they do have an app for the smartphone that you can control your saber with which is very cool. And that blows my mind how you can connect a Lightsaber to a phone, that's really cool to me. But I have heard that the app has been a bit buggy and some customers are really struggling with the app and there have been issues with connectivity to the saber. So I am a bit wary of that.
If that's something you're interested in, definitely check them out. Their pricing starts at 229 us dollars and that's for their RGB LEDs inside the hilt and their Neopixel sabers start at 354 us dollars which is a very competitive price for Neopixel Lightsabers. But keep in mind that it is not crystal focus 10 or Proffie sabers, it is the diatum3 soundboard.
Now another honorable mention and I’ve been asked about this company. So I decided to do a little bit of research. I didn't know too much about them. But Saber Mach they are a Singapore-based store. They offer to get a pen and paper ready for all the configurations they have. Their website is a bit confusing. If you don't know what you're looking for, I spent quite a bit of time trying to put this pricing tier list together for them because it's pretty confusing. They are fairly competitive price-wise for some of the other stores in this article. They’re overall well-liked, they have multiple hilt designs and all that kind of stuff. So the pricing is okay.

So their pricing starts at 64. Us dollars and that's for their sg 54 ready to ship RGB LED Lightsaber that's an in-hilt Lightsaber and it's ready to ship. It’s not like you'd order something from another company and it takes weeks and stuff because they have to make it ready to ship. so it'll ship out pretty fast and that's starting at 64 dollars, starting at 245 dollars is their templar Neopixel Lightsaber with the blade and it has a basic what they call, it's called kit sabers brand soundboard.
I don't really know too much about it but from what I understand it's a very basic sound board. Now here near the level of a crystal focus 10 or Proffie but there's a Neopixel Lightsaber for 245 dollars out there and it's on Saber Mach website starting at 330 dollars is what they call their sports series. They are sabers installed with a picogram pico crumble soundboard and those are RGB LED in hilt Lightsabers starting at 399 dollars is their expert series which is installed with a Nano biscotti version 4 soundboard. And your choice of three different blade colors starting at 437 dollars is their replica series.
At this time of writing and from when I did my research last night the only replica hilt design that they currently offer is a Count Dooku. Count Dooku and Aqui-gon gin hilt and those replica series are RGB LED in hilt Lightsabers starting at 466 dollars are what they call their expert plector pixel series. They are installed with a nano biscotti v4 soundboard. They have three sound fonts and three colors and you can choose those starting at 554 dollars is what they call their master series and those are cfx Lightsabers but they are an in-hilt RGB LED Lightsaber.
They do offer 16 colors, it's not just the three that they offer on some of the other configurations is 16 colors with a crystal focus 10 sound board, and starting at 619 dollars is what they call their master plector pixel series. Which our Neopixel Lightsabers are installed with crystal focus 10 and with the feature set that crystal focus 10 offers. However, something I didn't notice until I was about to finish with their website and putting together this price tier list is that they only use a four gigabyte SanDisk micro SD card for their sabers so with some of the other companies right out of ‘The Pach Store’ you have 16 gigabytes of storage for all your sound fonts and all that kind of stuff you're only getting four gigabytes and that's where I feel like they cut a little bit of the cost for production even though micro SD cards aren't that expensive.
You can get a 128-gigabyte micro SD card for not that expensive at all. So just something to keep in mind but Saber Mach is another option if that's something you're interested in. I’m going to leave every company link that I talk about and I’m also going to link my favorite design hilt from their website, just my personal favorite. Just have some fun with it. So now we've gone five four three two we've done some honorable mentions now it's time for number one.
If you've seen my other article you know that I like Saber Trio. They offer Neopixel Lightsabers installed with crystal focus 10, they offer stunt sabers and they offer effect sabers. They are about 200 to 300 dollars cheaper overall than some of the other companies on this list. When you're talking about the Neopixel Lightsaber offerings for Saber Trio currently they have more hilt designs and maybe by the time that you are reading this article they'll have their updated version which is the Arclyte. Which is a Jedi fallen order hilt that has a LED screen on the side of the hilt which I may be wrong with. But I think they're going to be the first to do that to offer as a production Lightsaber with a screen on the side of the hilt.

But that's something coming up on August 31st. The saber trio I’ve talked about many times has excellent sabers, and excellent quality, and like I said before, one of the three big factors when considering Lightsabers and Lightsaber companies is price-quality customer service. Saber Trio has the best customer service in the industry. I don't know how many companies in my life, not just savory companies but how many companies I’ve spent money on for products, I have never ever dealt with a company with better customer service than Saber Trio. You think their customer service is really good. Saber Trio probably has better customer service than chick-fil-a hey they're wonderful people and their quality and their customer service and their pricing.
They start at 70 dollars which is a stunt Lightsaber with no blade, 80 dollars if you want to make that jump from the stunt with no blade to stun with a blade. Which you’ll probably need to do if you don't want the Lightsaber and you want a blade and those come with tri-Cree LEDs inside the hilt which are three times brighter than a traditional single LED in the hilt. There's a noticeable difference starting at 235 for an fx saber with no blade and starting at 245 dollars. For an fx saber with a blade starting at 370 dollars is a Neopixel Lightsaber. At the time of writing, I don't think you're able to order a Neopixel saber without a blade unless you contact them and talk to them about that.
I mentioned earlier in this writing that ‘The Pach Store’ offers their ‘boars the dragon slayer’ Neopixel Lightsaber with Proffie for 330 dollars. But Saber Trio's ‘line up’ starts at 370 dollars and I will say there's a bit of difference in quality and functionality compared to the ‘bores the dragon slayer’ and ‘saber trio's lineup’. Now aesthetics, that's all up to you, that's subjective. However, I believe the saber trio's lineup is gorgeous. They have more and more hilt designs with the upcoming.
I’m sorry y'all are probably so tired of me talking about ‘Saber Trio’ and their hilts but I just love this thing more and more, and more every day. It’s extremely comfortable when you see a post or when you see a picture of their hilts. You probably think it's fairly thick but it really isn't, they're very thin after watching posts for months about Lightsabers and Lightsaber companies about Saber Trio. I finally got the box from the DHL guy and I took it out of the box and I held it in my hand. I was in awe of how this is actually really thin. Like it's very comfortable and you could spin it around all that kind of stuff. It just feels very good and it was smaller than I originally thought in terms of how wide it is but it is of excellent quality.
Now ‘Saber Trio’ had to shut down from January 31st until May 29 that midnight. Because of coronavirus they had to shut down their store. I get asked this question all the time. so I’m just going to address it right now why they had to shut down their store because they had too many orders coming in and they felt that the with how their stock was and with how many orders they’re receiving and with the issues with their supply chain and all that they figured it would be a much better idea to be transparent with their customers and tell them the whole story. What they were going through every week they’ve been keeping their customers up to date every single week since the coronavirus started.
So they decided to close their store. The customer’s update finishes all the orders before they take on new orders. So that if you ordered something in the middle of a pandemic and they told you “hey it's going to be six to eight weeks” or whatever and they don't deliver it because they had a lot of issues with the supply chain and manufacturing and all that kind of stuff and their company was forced to shut down because Malaysia had a movement control order they figured. If you wanted to order a saber in the midst of the pandemic you weren't going to have to wait eight months to ten months something like that. So they decided to let you all save your money and do a little bit more research into seeing which one you want. They've allowed their customers to talk to them for months.
I typically talk to them through Instagram with direct messages because they're very responsive. You can talk to them through Facebook, you can talk to them through email on their website. They have little contact with us. But like I said, excellent customer service, the way they handled the pandemic and dealt with their customers and all that through the pandemic excellent job. I couldn't have done it any other way. I wouldn't have done it any other way. If I was a company that had many customers waiting for me, I wouldn't have done it any other way. I would have closed down, I would have said “hey your (customer) satisfaction is more important to us than making money and making you wait a very long time so they close down.
Next, they continue working on their orders when they can go back to work back in March. I believe or maybe April sometime around there sometime around then they were able to go back to work on their orders and since then they've cleared thousands of orders that were in waiting because they couldn't work and now that they're gearing up to go back to work and accept orders this is the time that you need to research into saber trio and consider them. because I promise you once you get one of these in your hand from the saber trio and talk to their customer service and talk to the other saber owners that have purchased from saber trio and you will be astounded at how much they care about you and your interests and about your order.
They have this gorgeous saber and I’ve shown it before on this site but these gorgeous custom sabers that they spend a lot of time on and they confer with you about it for weeks making sure it's perfect if it’s not then they're going to redo it. They offer all their sabers and also Neopixel Lightsaber with a one-year limited warranty. Now obviously if I take this and I start banging it on a tree or something like that just to help and then I’m like hey something's wrong with it obviously that's not going to be covered but factory defects which the company that shall not be named on this article anymore. They don't offer that because they don’t care and I feel like just having a one-year warranty on your saber goes a long way because sometimes defects do happen and ‘Saber Trio’ does take care of that.

But this is after months and months of research on these companies and talking to the companies, talking to customers who have purchased from them and I feel like this is a pretty good guide.
